UK DELIVERY OVERVIEW 

We currently use the services of Royal Mail and DPD to deliver your orders across the UK. 

We do our very best to ensure that all orders that are received before 2 pm Monday to Friday are picked, packed, and dispatched the same day. 

We always ensure we charge a very fair fee for delivery and often subsidise much of the costs associated with delivery to the UK and beyond.

We always ensure we charge a very fair fee for delivery and often subsidise much of the costs associated with delivery.

We charge a flat-rate fee (shown at checkout) on orders however the cost to Mode Aesthetic Growth can in fact be 4-5x this depending on the destination of delivery.  

We are unfortunately unable to process orders for our customers in any other country not mentioned above. We know how disappointing this is and we hope the situation is resolved as soon as possible. We do have some incredible stockists in Europe that might be able to help you in the meantime.

Unfortunately, no delivery service has any guarantees in place regarding their delivery services and the quoted timeframe 🙈.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY. If you’re outside of the UK, we charge a flat rate fee on orders. The price of delivery will vary per country and is shown at checkout. We do our very best to ensure that all orders that are received before 1 pm Monday to Friday are picked, packed, and dispatched the same day.

My order is getting sent to the wrong address, what do I do?U

We are so sorry once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any amendments including modifications to the delivery address.

This is due to the high volume of orders and the quick dispatching process our warehouse team provides.

You will receive tracking information via email if you haven’t already. This tracking link will enable you to view and select any available alternative delivery options.

Please note that for security reasons our courier providers will only consider alternative delivery requests made by the designated recipient.

Can I get a full refund or replacement if my order is damaged?

We take a lot of care ensuring your items are well packed at theMode Aesthetic Growth warehouse ( using environmentally friendly recyclable packaging 👍 ) however some times when your package leaves us they can be handled without care and breakages can occur. 

Please can you send us a photo of the broken/damaged item(s) you received for our records to our Customer Experience team. 

We can then offer a full refund of the item(s) or send you a replacement. 🙌

What is your Returns policy?

📦 Returns & Refunds

We like to keep things simple here at Mode Aesthetic Growth. You can return any of our products within 60 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

Please ensure your items are sent back securely packaged in a box, just as they arrived with you.

To start your return, head to our returns portal:

  1. Enter your order number and postcode, then proceed
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and add your reason for return
  3. Click proceed
  4. Choose your preferred carrier option and continue
  5. Download your returns label and follow the instructions provided

Once your return is on its way, you can track your return journey using the tracking link provided in the portal.
